Terms and Conditions – 68pkr Platform Usage Rules for Pakistan

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 68pkr platform, accessible at 68pkr.pro. 68pkr is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, slot games, fish games, live dealer tables and related entertainment products to players in Pakistan. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 68pkr and confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference. Together, these documents govern your relationship with 68pkr as a player.

68pkr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. 2 Eligibility

To register and use 68pkr you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are registering and acting as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 68pkr for violation of these Terms.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

68pkr does not make representations about the legality of accessing the platform from any particular location outside the scope of our intended service region. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one account on the 68pkr platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If 68pkr identifies multiple accounts connected to the same individual – by device, IP address, payment method, identity document or any other indicator – all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or bonuses may be voided. A permanent ban may also be applied.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact information and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you were personally responsible for that activity.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, you must notify 68pkr support immediately.
• You must not allow anyone else to use your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• 68pkr may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide these within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 68pkr platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 68pkr supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as may be available at the time of your transaction.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your balance within seconds of the transaction completing on your end. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on the payment network. 68pkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and will be displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and security verification. 68pkr reserves the right to delay a withdrawal while verification is completed.
• You may only withdraw funds that have been deposited by you personally. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing. Standard accounts are processed in the normal queue.
• 68pkr reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals as part of standard account security procedures.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

68pkr may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback rewards, VIP benefits and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are generally available to one account per player, per household, per IP address and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will be treated as abuse and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion terms.
• 68pkr reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus balances that expire are forfeited without compensation.
• Fraudulent activity in connection with bonuses – including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts or exploiting software errors – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period as defined by the VIP tier terms.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

Games available on the 68pkr platform – including slots, fish games, live dealer tables and sports betting – are governed by the rules of the respective game or sportsbook market as displayed within the platform interface. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you accept the rules of that specific game or market.

• All bets placed on the platform are final once confirmed. 68pkr does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of an obvious technical error originating from the platform.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sports bet – including disconnections, server errors or software faults – 68pkr will follow the relevant game provider's rules for resolving incomplete rounds.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• 68pkr reserves the right to void a bet if it is determined that the bet was placed based on information not available to the general public (insider knowledge), or if the market was suspended at the time of placement due to a system error.
• The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform software to generate winnings is considered abuse and any resulting winnings may be voided.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

68pkr is committed to providing an entertainment experience that remains enjoyable and within the control of each individual player. We believe that responsible gaming is not just a regulatory checkbox – it is a fundamental part of how we operate.

• The platform is for entertainment only. It is not a means of generating income or solving financial problems.
• You must be 18 or older to use the platform. If you have reason to believe that someone under 18 is using your account, you must contact support immediately and change your access credentials.
• Deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools are available in your account settings. We strongly encourage all players to set a deposit limit before beginning play.

8 Security and Fraud Prevention

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must not use another person's payment method to make deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to reverse transactions fraudulently (chargebacks) after receiving gaming services constitutes fraud. 68pkr will pursue recovery of any fraudulently charged-back amounts and may take legal action where appropriate.
• Money laundering through the platform is strictly prohibited. 68pkr co-operates fully with investigations into suspected financial crime.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 68pkr platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logos, software, game content licensed from providers, text, images, graphics and the overall platform interface design – is the property of 68pkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written permission from 68pkr.
• Scraping, data mining or automated extraction of platform content is prohibited.
• Game content is licensed to 68pkr by third-party developers. All rights in game content remain with the respective developers.

10 Limitation of Liability

The 68pkr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times.

• 68pkr shall not be liable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, technical errors, third-party payment delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• 68pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses – including loss of expected winnings – except where directly caused by a proven error on the part of 68pkr.
• Where 68pkr is found to be liable for a loss, our liability is limited to the amount of the deposit or bet directly involved in the event that caused the loss.

11 Changes to These Terms

68pkr may update these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the change is significant, we may also communicate it through the platform interface or by email to registered players. Your continued use of the platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with a change to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. You may contact support to request account closure at any time.
